Last Updated: May 22, 2025

Welcome to evisadjibouti.com (the "Website"), operated by International Visa Service Sp. z o. o. sp. k. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website and the services offered through it, primarily assistance with Djibouti eVisa applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Service Description

Our Service provides assistance to individuals in preparing and submitting their applications for a Djibouti electronic visa (eVisa). We act as a third-party agent, facilitating the application process by collecting necessary information and documents from you and submitting them to the relevant government authorities of Djibouti on your behalf. We are not an official government body of Djibouti, nor are we affiliated with any embassy or consulate of Djibouti.

The final decision on any visa application is solely at the discretion of the Government of Djibouti. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application.

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for the visa application.
  • Agree to pay all applicable fees for the Service and the government visa fee.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all information and documentation provided to us is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information can result in visa denial and other legal consequences.
  • Verifying your eligibility for a Djibouti eVisa based on your nationality and purpose of travel before using our Service.
  • Meeting all passport, health, and other entry requirements for Djibouti.
  • Checking your email regularly for communications from us regarding your application.
  • Understanding that processing times are estimates and can vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities.
  • Printing and carrying your approved eVisa when traveling.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees consist of a service fee for our assistance and the government-mandated visa fee. All fees will be clearly displayed before you make a payment. Fees are generally non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the government, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details.
